CH Machinery provides agricultural parts delivery across the UK along with nationwide machinery delivery for larger equipment and heavy items. We supply farms, contractors and agricultural businesses throughout Powys, Shropshire, Mid Wales and the wider UK mainland.
This policy outlines our delivery procedures, return conditions and refund process.

Most in-stock parts are dispatched within 1–3 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days (UK mainland).
Unused parts may be returned within 14 days if in original packaging and resalable condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Special-order parts, custom-cut hoses, electrical components (unless faulty), and used/installed items are non-returnable.

1.4 Pallet & Heavy Goods Delivery
Large or heavy items may require pallet delivery.
We may contact you to confirm delivery access.
A forklift or suitable unloading equipment may be required.
Additional charges may apply for remote or restricted-access locations.
If pallet delivery requires a quotation, checkout may be paused while delivery costs are confirmed.
Failure to provide suitable unloading facilities may result in additional charges.

2. Return policy
2.1 Returns – Parts & Accessories
Unused parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
The item is unused
It is in original packaging
It is in resalable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Returns must be agreed before being sent back.

3. Refunds

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If goods arrive damaged or incorrect:

Supply clear photos of the damage or issue.
Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect claims.
